restaurant with the Rev
Our next Restaurant with the Rev date is Thursday, July 10, at Hollier's. We meet at 11:30 and anyone is invited to attend. Bring a friend!
Dr. David Lim concert
Join us in our sanctuary, Saturday, July 12 at 6:00 PM for an organ concert by Dr. David Lim. It is open to the public so bring a friend for some beautiful organ music. Donations are appreciated and will be benefit our Choir program.
bonavox concert
We will host a concert by Bonavox in our Sanctuary, Friday, July 18, at 7:00 PM. It is a free concert, but donations are appreciated. For more information about Bonoavox, see their website at www.bonavoxswla.org.
trivia night Sunday, Sept 21
TEASE YOUR BRAIN & WIN A CASH PRIZE! Get your crew together and reserve a table for up to 8 people. There will be trivia, food and cash prizes. We will start at 5:00 PM, doors will open at 4:00 PM.
Working retreat at uskchitto retreat center
November 14-15, 2025 we will have a retreat on Friday night then work at the retreat center Saturday doing repairs and clean up.
Squeeze the Day 5K
Join us in making a lasting impact by participating in Squeeze the Day 5K, a fun-filled event benefiting the Methodist Children's Home of Southwest Louisiana! Your support will help provide essential care, education, and love to children in need. At the Methodist Children's Home, we provide comprehensive, intensive residential services to children ages 12-17 with emotional and behavioral needs. mission trip to honduras
HELP SUPPORT A MEDICAL MISSION TRIP
Lake Arthur First United Methodist Church is sponsoring a medical mission trip to Honduras from February 14 to 21, 2026. We invite churches and organizations across our district to join us in this opportunity to serve and share God’s love.
The planning and fundraising for this mission are underway. We are reaching out to ask for your support in making this effort possible.
Together, we can be the hands and feet of Christ in Honduras. If your church is interested in supporting this mission, financially, prayerfully, or through participation, we would love to connect with you.

Pickleball and Pizza
Join us Sunday nights at 5:00 PM in the Family Life Center for pickleball and trivia. If you have never played pickleball, we will teach you. If pickleball is not your thing, we also play trivia and pizza is provided.
